I hope you are all fit and well and enjoying your summer. Today was the first day I have felt like making cards since my op on the 6th August. I have received lots of lovely hand made cards and flowers to help me recover- Thank you all! It has been hard work doing very little, but the boys have been down keeping me company, and I have been up to the Main house keeping Jamie company since he has broken his leg - we didn't make a 'good un' between us! So, after lunch, I got into the craft room, and managed to create a card for my friend Hazels nephews wedding in October. She asked me weeks ago to make it - I bet she thought I had forgotton! I also managed to make a Thank you card - (though now I have scanned it, I need to add a bit of bling in the centre)a childs birthday card, and a Christmas card - easel style. That's about enough for my first day crafting I reckon! Keep crafting! xxx
way to go Carol - I am so pleased to hear you have your mojo back - your cards are gorgeous. Sounds like you haven't really had a rest though if the boys have been in to see you :-)
