Hope your day has been better than mine!

Hi Ladies - I just hope you have had a better day than I did!! Still suffering with the dreaded cold/cough/sore throat/sore eyes that I have had since before Christmas, and today the heating & hot water went off, there was a dead mouse in the kitchen, my new specs that got broken last week at work will be just under £400, and it has snowed - hope this isn't the shape of things to come in 2011.  Hope everything happened in one go.  So today I thought, it is my day off after a hard week at work, so I am going to do nothing except knit or sew or craft.  The knitting won, since I have an electric fire in my sitting room, so at least I could stay warm in there, but as usual when knitting, I don't know when to stop, so already it is well past midnight and time for bed.  Keep well and warm and happy! xxx
