Weekend

Hi Ladies
Hope you all had a great week, despite the awful weather that we have been having - can't believe that there is a hose pipe ban with some of the flooding that I have seen around here! How come is it, when I have a day off, I am still awake at 6am?? So, our gardener dug up some beetroot and rhubarb yesterday, so I am cooking it as I type. The nights have been dark quite early this week too here, so it has made me want to knit!! I have got the idea I want to make some cabled cushion covers, so I am off to look for some wool this morning - I found a couple of very nice free patterns on the web last night that I would like to try. So, whatever you are up to, have a great day, and Kathleen, I wonder if you are going to watch the Open at St Andrews? xxxx
