Port Sunlight

Well, what a great day yesterday. Met Ed & Ray at Hulme Hall, Port Sunlight - the place was packed full of 'stuff we all need' and as usual I was tempted to help the economy, and part with a few quid!! Some of the ideas I saw were just lovely, my fave being on the Sir Stampalot stand, where a lovely lady was demonstrationg some Hero Art techniques, and I learnt how to make a poinsettia flower from a little tiny stamp, like a bunch of twigs. Today I will try to perfect it, and scan an image for you to see. I cleared all the build up off stuff off my craft table last night, put everything back where it belongs, so I can play today. But my head was buzzing with ideas, so I was messing around until 1am and made these 4 cards. I MADE myself, hahaha, do my ironing, soup making and bed changing this morning, before I start cardmaking, so now I have the full day :D. Hope you like!

  1. Love them all but my absolute favourite is your sweater and mittens - that looks sooo cosy, just love it. I gave you a mention on my blog, so I am sure that some lovely people will pop over to see your cards...

  3. Ed, that would be brill - thank you! Brenda is so busy at work and with her new grandson & Robs Harley weekends, she hasn't got round to the blog, and Lavinia has been poorly, so it would be nice for someone to take a peek! xx
